How much is a stall? A Seller Stall to sell preloved items costs €30. All sales are private between you and the buyers, and you keep all proceeds.
How do I book a Seller Stall? Click on the event you’d like to attend HERE, and follow the instructions.
How much space will I get? Your table will be 6ft long x 2 ft wide, with a table cloth and 1-2 chairs. The table sits within an 8ft wide x 6 ft deep space
I don’t have enough to make up a stall, what can I do? If you don’t have enough items to take a stall, why not invite a friend to share the space?
I don’t want to sell my items myself. Can you do it for me? We can sell individual items on your behalf at our Cork, Limerick and Killarney events only. Items must be priced over €20, dropped off and collected to/from the venue on the day of the event. A 25% commission capped at €50 per item applies to any item that sells. No charge on unsold items. Where can I find the nearest event to me? Check the events section on our website by clicking HERE. Then click on your desired location for full details.
What exactly can I sell? You are free to sell anything maternity, baby or child related that is in good working order and good condition.
Can I reserve now and pay later? In order to secure your stall, payment must be received in full. Please note that events often sell out well ahead of time.
Something’s come up, can I cancel and receive a refund? We offer a full refund up to three weeks before an event, and if we can fill your table after the three week mark, you will receive a full refund.
The event is booked out, what can I do? We can place you on a wait list and will contact you immediately if a stall becomes available. To be placed on the wait list, contact your event organiser directly.
Can I bring a clothes rail or rent one? You are welcome to bring a clothes rail. Otherwise, we have a limited number available to rent for €5. Email your event organiser to book. Please note to bring your own hangers
Some of my items are too large to bring. What can I do? You are welcome to bring photos of these items to display at your stall so as to arrange a sale outside of the market times.
What time can I set up my stall? If the event starts at 12 noon, set up is from 10am and not before.
If the event starts at 2 pm, set up is from 12.30 pm and not before.
Can I choose my own stall? Seller Stalls are assigned on a first come first served basis. Business stalls are preassigned
How should I price my items? We recommend that you research the current second hand selling price for your items by checking on any well known second hand buying and selling website. After that, the general rule of thumb for second hand items is a third of the current retail price and a little more for wooden items. Clothing needs to be priced competitively in order to sell.
You will receive a booking confirmation email with instructions. 3 weeks before the event you will be asked to send the following:
The list and pictures will be posted on our Facebook event page and website the week before the event. These really get customer interest up and gets people talking about the event. We often have buyers come looking for specific items they saw on the list, so it can really help with selling your items.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The responsibility is on the buyer to check for quality before purchasing items that are clearly advertised as ”Used”. However, our reputation and continued operation depends on the dilligence of our SELLERS! PLEASE CHECK ALL YOUR GOODS BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO SELL THEM! If offering a battery operated item, please bring batteries to demonstrate that the item is working properly.
